Cinnamon Trail beneath the Cathedral – the new Glühwein-Krimi

Anne Kessler is back. The renowned spice expert celebrates her comeback – 15 years after an incident nobody has spoken about since.

Minutes before a hastily announced press conference, she vanishes without a trace. Her assistant raises the alarm: Anne has been kidnapped. In front of her stall lies a perfectly drawn circle of cinnamon. At its centre, an unmistakable message reads: “2011 – the circle closes today.” A narrow cinnamon arrow points straight towards Essen Cathedral.

Detective Feldhaus reacts immediately. A neighbouring market stall becomes the investigation headquarters. As the first clues are secured, five more cinnamon circles appear – outside the very stalls whose owners were more closely connected to Anne in 2011 than they are willing to admit today.

What really happened back then? Can you find and rescue Anne before the circle finally closes?
